Service Engineer

Role Description:

As a Service Engineer, you will be required to complete annual services on heat pump installations to ensure that the system is working as well as it did when it was installed. You will be required to communicate well with customers and alleviate problems to ensure a positive outcome for the end customer. This role will include a handful of paperwork, so being accurate and having a keen eye for detail will go a long way.

Project catchment area within 2 hours of DY14 location.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Previous experience in plumbing, preferably.
Experience working with heat pumps prefered, but not essential as training will be provided.
Strong problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
